A message from Jackonsonville (Florida) states that the East 'Coast railway, founded by the late Henry Flagler, pioneer developer of Florida, went into the hands of the receiver to-day. It had lost five million dollars in operations since 1923, and was unable to meet the interest due to-day on forty-five million dollars in bonds outstanding. The railway ]s believed to be a casualty of deflation in the Florida land boom.
