Jeffries (Mr Elcock) v. N. Karnbach, claim £l4 5s 6d. Judgment Jor plaintiff with costs £2 6s Od. , Sullivan Bros. (Mr Elcock) v'. D. McGill, claim £l7 3s Cd.. . Judgment for plaintiff with costs £- 6s Od. THROWING STONES. The police charged a youth L. Burrowes with throwing stones at Kanieri Defendant wrote pleading guilty. Fined 5s and costs 10s. STOCK ACT. C. S. Neville, (Inspector of Stock), charged S. Yde (Mr Murdoch) with failure to'dip 749 sheep. Evidence was given by Yde that he had dipped 800 in March, 200 in April, and all were again dipped with others in July. Mr Neville stated that in July he found dipping in progress and 30 sheep had not then been dipped. The Act stated the sheep must be dipped before the end of April. . Hig Worship said defendant in Ins evidence stated 100 sheep had not been flipped till July. Fined for 100 sheep at 3d a head—2os, and costs 7s. FOUND DRUNK. Police charged a resident of Arahura Road with being found drunk. Convicted and discharged. JUVENILE COURT. In the Juvenile Court, three boys on a charge of stone throwing at Kanieri were adminislied and discharged.
