ACTION AGAINST SOLICITORS. NEW PLYMOUTH, August 25. lii th’e Supreme Court this morning, on the motion of the Law Society, Mr Justice Blair made an order calling on George Grey, solicitor, of New Plymouth, to show cause why lie should not he struck oil the rolls. 3he matter was referred to the Court of Appeal. In the. meantime, • the solicitor has suspended practice.
