The Prime Minister replying said it was not his intention to refer to the debate as since the commencement a very important committee had been sot .up and lie thought the House would forgive him for not replying. He (remarked that oititicisms during: the debate had been very fair and what might be expected in respect to the Budget. There had been no ycrsonalities and the discussion had been carried along on a high level. The House then went into Committee of Supply on the Estimate, the Prime Minister immediately moving to report progress. This 1 was adopted and the House rose at 10.18 p.m. till 7-30 p.m. to-morrow. ,
