MELBOURNE, August 25. At t-lie Williamstown. races, the Underwood Stakes resulted : PHAR LAP, 9.0 (Elliott) 1 Rondalina, 7.6 (Reynolds) 2 Wiseforce, 9.3 (Duncan) 5 Won by a length and three-quarters. Third horse a neck away. Time Pike was not available to ride Phar Lap, who looks big and well.
