Wing forward.—Bell (Southland). Forwards. Purdue (Southland), Manihern (Canterbury), Tom Robinson (Canterbury), Reid (Fast .Coast), Gemmell (Hawkes Bay), Wilson (Hawke.s Bay), Leach (Bay of'Plenty), T. AVanoa (Hawkes Bay).

The men selected will go ..into training at Otaki on September 3rd.

MAORI TEAM TOUR

CHRISTCHURCH. August 24

The New Zealand Maori team, 'including several of the men who have been, chosen -to play against- the Australians wi11.,-, leave Christchurch tomorrow morning for the "West Coast, on' a tour of the 'Seddon Shield districts.

They will play against West Coast at Greymouth on Wednesday; against Buller at Westport on Saturday and against Marlborough at Blenheim on the following Wednesday.
