SURVIVORS IN ENGLAND. (British Official Wireless.) . . RUGBY. August 20. Chief Petty' Officer Wallis and the other survivors .of the submarine •Poseidonji which sank near Weihaiwei, reached Plymouth to-day and received ah official welcome from the Mayor. Wallis;and his companions, who were trapped in the forepart of the submairi&e'for several hours before they made- their escapes by means of the newly adopted rescue device, have been special awards in recognition of the coolness and heroism which '"they displayed.
