A SHOCKING CASE.
:k MAN’S AWEUL INJURIES. (Australian. Press Association.) (Received this day.„at 9.25 a.m) SYDNEY, August 22. One of the worst eases of razor slashing occurred in the city last night. With his nose hanging by'a thread of skin, lower lip and dhin cut to the;jaw bone, and upper lip sliced .through, Patrick Amos, aged 44, was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition. The wounds were ill the shap6 pf a cross. The police believe this- was deliberately traced by an attacker as an act of vengeance. '• • . i t The man’s dying dispositions were taken.
