OBJECT TO SALARY CUT.

SYDNEY, August 10
The police of New South Wales pro-
pose to wait on the Premier, Air Lang in .the form of a, deputation, to protest against their reduction of pay. They
are pointing cut that Communistic activities are subjecting them to- greater I dangers. Their cuts, in .votne cases, may amount to thirty shilling a week. This, they say, is “poor thanks for men who always have been loyal to all Governments.”
