FINAL OF SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
To-morrow afternoon Excelsiors jour, uey to G-reymouth where they will meet Cobden in the final game to decide the senior championship. Both teams have an equal number of points, and. the winners will become champions for the season. The Excelsior team during its last few matches have been playing together .better, the pack having improved of. late, while., the backs are also working well together. The game to morrow should be well worth seeing, and should be well contested, tlie Cobden team at present being on the top of their form. KNOCK OUT COMPETITION. The remainder of the senior teams will commence a knock out competition, the game set down for Cass Square being between Rivals and Stars, and this should provide a good exhibition. The weather now appears settled and the ground should be in fair order. Excelsior team against Cobden tomorrow.
