An agreement has been reached in Paris by the Banks of France, Holland and Italy to grant Hungary five millions sterling credit for eighteen months. This is the sequel to the recent closing for three days of Hungarian banks, owing to the failure t,o obtain a seven millions international loan, since . when withdrawals have been rationed.
