Mention, however, could be made that the case was being heard, and the names o. parties could also be published. It- well might be known, -continued His Honour, that no newspaper had the right to publish a photograph or sketch of any person, he lie a litigant or witness who had come to the Com t on business in coiienction with the administration of justice. with or without the consent of the persons photographed. It might amount to contempt of court. 1 express no opinion upon the matter, said His Honour because T prefer to reserve my opinion until the matter comes before the Court in proper form, as some (lay it seems it must do.
