The latest emergency decree gives the Government and the Reichstag almost complete control of all dealings in foreign currency for sums exceeding £l5O. The Reichbank return on July 31st is considered '• favourable. The additional note issue was below normal for the holiday period. The total currency of all -kinds was below that for tic corresponding period of last year.
