The Union Steam Ship Company announced to-day that a, company has been incorporated under the name of the Canadian-Auslral'asiu- Line Limited, to take over the Pac'tie liners “Aorangi” and “Niagara,” operating between, Vancouver, New Zealand and Australia, '[’lie Company will he jointly owned and operated by the Cn.nadinI’acific Railway Company, and the Union Steam Ship Company, and will receive the traffic and support of both companies. Mr J. C. hulls, who has :> present'd the Union Company's interests in Canada for many years, has been appo ntd -'General Manager of the new Company, with the head office in Vancouver.
