Furjuess, D. Breeze, R. Bell, D. ■ /J-Dowell,' ; ’E: i' Heenan Secretary. previous meeting were read and'confirmed. Prices from different local orchestras were read and discuss'd, a vote' taken, resulting in the Black Hand being accept-
ed. Tenders for cater, ng were read, and A ‘the tender of Mrs Dowell for a first grade supper with salads and trifle was accepted.
Tt was decided to arrange a tourney for as early as possible in September. The Gymnastic Instructor reported that he had a .-new'draw card for the welter division and hoped to have him .fit for a special with a leading Coast
welter. - Mr Haybittle handed in a very handsome medal donated for any purpose that the Club thought fit from Mr Laurie Evans.
The Chairman moved that the Secretary write Mr Evans thanking him for his very generous donation. Agreed to
