The motor ship Gael leaves Wellington for Hokitika .to-morrow instead of today as scheduled. :ih •o i A method of freezing peas has been worked out by cold storage experts working for the British Government at Cambridge, England. The peas are cooked for 8 minutes and then frozen in water. This will enable new peas to be kept for three or four months without loss of colour or flavour.
