ALL RESUMING TO-DAY. <By Telegraph—Per Press Association) ■ WESTPORT. July 28. The result of a ballot taken all over the West Coast to-day, regarding the tribute system, was that nil the miners are to resume to-morrow-. : "’ ' I ' STOCKTON UNION. TO MEET TO-DAY. i WESTPORT. A decision was reached to-day to resume work at the idled mines, but the Stockton miners later gave notice of their intention; to hold' a meeting to-morrow, so that- the mine will still be idle, pending the decision ol the meeting. :
