PLEA OF GUILTY. IBy Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 28, • A plea of not guilty entered in the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, by Hilton Herbert Brooks, 23, to a charge of on April 20th. of firing the motor garage of Burkett and. Sons, was reversed by Brooks when he took his place in the dock, olj the Supreme Court this morning, He was. remanded by the Chief Justice until Friday for sentence. Two men, Bernard Brunnell Gordon Wildormoth and George Wells, found guilty of receiving a large number .of articles from the drapery shop of Freemain in Courtenay Place in May were also remanded till Friday morning for sentence.
