NAVALS KILLED

IN CROSSING SMASH. (Australian Press Association.) # ' MELBOURNE, July 24! Three viaval ratings were lulled and two others were seriously injured in. a car smash at a. railway level crossing at Hastings this afternoon. The two injured men are-likely to die. The ear was smashed to pieces. It was' -travelling to Melbourne from the Flanders Naval Base. The identity of the victims has not been ascertained. ANOTHER DEATH. . (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 25. A fourth naval rating died as the result of the level crossing smash.
