NINETEEN KILLED IN SEVILLE

SEVILLE, July 23. Nineteen were killed' in Wednesday’s riots.
Three hundred arrests were made. The Syndicalists attempted to rescue the prisoners being conveyed to the Town Hall cellars. The soldiers fired, killing four, including the President ot the Syndicalists’ Union.
A moh, led by women, attacked the Civil Guards’ barracks. Four of the attackers were wounded, including a woman sniper. ,
The, Civil Guard is authorised to fire without warning, on any groups in the streets exceeding four. To-day, shots were fired at the gendarmarJes’ barracks, from the block of workmen’s dwellings, opposite. The Civil Guards cleared out the occupants and with field guns bombarded and demolished the block:
