..United Press Association.—By Electria Telegraph.—Copyright. 1 (Received 8.40 a.m.) SHANGHAI, July 22. Following the di appearance of the British youth, Tharburai, Chinese military authorities are now detaining Doctor Francis Tucker, head of the American Board Mission Hospital at Tchchow, north-west of Shantung as a result of the shooting and killing of a Chinese caught in the act of robbing the mission hospital. The local Kuomiuteng branch are demanding Tucker’s execution and also an apology and indemnity for the dead Chinese relatives.
