It is believed that between eight and nine, millions of British capital are involved. . r'H: Ouing to the Reich bank's inability to meet their full requirements, German banks have taken the drastic action of not cashing clients cheques above a certain amount, varying according to the Bank. In some cases no cheques above £5 are- being cashed.
