NE W YORK, July 11. In the tennismatch at Forest Hills, Tilden beat Kinsey 6/4, 6/0, 6/3. Richards beat Kozeluh 6/2, 6/4, 6/3. The semi-finals will be played on Sat urday, Tilden and Frank Hunter beat Bobby Seller and Emmett-Pare 6/1, 6/4, 6/0. The semi finals of the doubles will be played on Saturday. Richards and Kinsey defeated Kosselnh and Burke 6/1, 3/6, 1/6, 1/4, 8/6. PRAGUE, July 11. Tn the Davis Cup, Hecht defeated Austin 6/2, 7/5, 6/4. This is Britain’s first defeat in 1931. Austin was. much below form. Perry defeated Henze 7/5, 6/3.
