NEW GUINEA SEARCH FAILS.

New Guinea advices state that the reported discovery of the body of the reported 1 ; discovery of the body of the missing New Guinea Airways aviator J. L. Trist, who disappeared on May--22, is unfounded. The search has now been abandoned. SOUTHERN CLOUD, NO SIGN SEEN BY SEARCHERS. SYDNEY, July 12. Lieut. Dim and other aviators flew over the district, where it was believed that the Southern Cloud plane’s wreckage, was seen by a prospector, as cabled on July 9th.
