Sir John Luke, and Air Justice Kennedy, * ' '■ Numerous messages c-f sympathy, were received from, all parts of the Dominion, Yesterday the relatives of the late ■ Charles Parata (an old friend of: the family) expressed a desire to shoiy their affection, and placed a ltiwi * Alaori mat at the foot of the coffin. At the conclusion of the service, thecasket was placed in the family vault in the Sydney Street Cemetery, alongside the casket containing the remains of the late Mrs Secklon’s distinguished husband, the late Richard John Seddon .
