RAILWAY BOARD
INSPECTION AT GISBORNE. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) GISBORNE. July 9. The members of the Rnihvay Board, who arived overland from Napier last evening were to-day enaged on an inspection of portions of the Gisborne district within easy reach. This morning they journey to Tolaga Bay and in the afternoon visited around Poverty Bay flat. Heavy rain and misty weather have made travelling conditions unpleasant and somewhat hampered inspection. The Board returns south to-morrow.
