Finding that show the existence of a Motion Picture Combine in Canada are contained in a report obtai necT under the Peter White Combines Investigation Act, which the Commissioner submitted to the Minister of Labour on Monday.
The report stated that 95 per cent of the distribution of the films is controlled by a combine, which has carried on propaganda adverse to British films. Persecutions may now be launched by the authorities in the Provinces.
