BOXER’S DEATH
VERDICT ON FRED MUSSON, f ßy Telegraph —Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, June 29. At the inquest to-day into the death of the boxer, Frederick Musson. aged 22, the Coroner found, in accordance with the medical evidence, that death was caused by heart failure, due to incompetence of the aortic valve. The evidence of the instructor at tlu* Boxing School where Musson collapsed while being given a lesson on the evening of June 15th, was that Musson seemed to be in good physical condition. Musson was being shown how to deliver certain blows. When he ie 1 it was assumed that lie had had a fit. A doctor was sent for immediately, hut declared Musson was already dead.
