SUPREME COURT.
DUNEDIN, June 20. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Kennedy this morning: Arthur Gavati. alias Palmer, aged thirty, breaking and entering the warehouse of Charles Tucker and Co., two years and six months’ hard labour; Robert William Paul, aged nineteen, on four charges of theft as a postal officer, of postal packets, released on three years' probation.
