Right Reverend Monsignor Seipel (ex-Prime (Minister of Austria), has formed a new .Ministry. It is composed of the (Christian Socialist Party, the Pan German Party, and Agrarian Party. It is hinted that the new Prime Minister will strongly be supported from France, owing to his known hostility to an Austro-German Union. PAN-GERMANS AGAINST SET-PEL. VIENNA, June 21. :Rev. Dr Seipel had completed the formation of a Cabinet when the attitude of the Pan-Germans upset his plans. M. Karkburesohe, the Governor of Lower Austria, has now formed a Iresh Cabinet with ex-Premier Schober ns Foreign 'Minister, and Doctor Redlich as Finance Minister. The other portfolios are occupied by members of the Elider Cabinet.
