HARDING MEMORIAL

At Marion, Ohio, President Hoover dedicated a memorial to the late President Warren Harding. \ He referred! to the late President ns “a kindly generous spirit,” and recalled how, during the scandals of the Harding Administration, he was betrayed by a few whom ho trusted. The same men had betrayed their country. “That was the tragedy of Warren Harding’s life,” President Hoover concluded.
