; without making any comment. • It i s understood that the survey is l still only half completed owing to the l bad weather being encountered , and ; j owing to the fact .that the surveyors l have at their disposal only :a. small ! rowing boat, but., the work is to be f pushed on with the utmost despatch, | presumably so that the data obtained ! may be used for the guidance of the \ Railway Board as a supplement to a j special report on the subject, which is i known to be in existence.
