Chairman of the Local Unemployment Committee has wired to the Premier that suspension of Scheme No. 5. means the starvat on of many families, and urging the Government to follow the usual procedure respecting inadtqute auihorisations namely allow work to proceed and to get authority later under unautnorised expenditure.
