PR IS ON ER S SEN I' E X CED. ( By Telegraph—Per Press A ssociation ) HAMILTON, June 12. The following prisoners were sentenced ate the Supreme Court, at Hamilton. Archibald iWkstlake, 41, breaking entering and theft at Motutnaho to two vears bard.
■Matthews Joseph Speilars, 25, for theft of partnersh'p monies at TVkuiti, to twelve months bard.
Donald McMillan, 19, breaking entering and theft to three years borstal. ■McMillan who pleaded guilty to the. offence in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, broke into a drapery establishment at Hamilton on May 31 stealing men's clothing valued at £l6 ,4s 2d. -A piece of wire was used to push the k“y out of the lock. The prisoner's record disclosed a previous offence of a similar nature, A GREYMOUTH SENTENCE. GREYMOUTH. .Tune 12. At the Supreme Court. Henry Edward Green way on a charge of assault and causing grievous bodily harm to an old man at Reefton, was sentenced to twelve months gaol. NATTER SENTENCES. NAPIER, June 12. At D’e Napier Supreme Court, Sir Michael Myers sentenced prisoners. Edward Patrick Leahy and Albert Bowen, breaking, entering anti theft to two years hard labour each. Peter Reilly, for theft of £BOO, four years hard.

Jeff ares and V iffin, two youths, for breaking, entering and theft to four years borstal.
Zicbfield, anothe.r youth, breaking entering and theft to four years pro bation.
Raymond. Claude HojK, breaking, entering and theft, probation for three
years. .Tames Smart Sharp, for theft, to twelve months probation Arapnta Karaitiana. for attempted rape, to seven years reformative.
