A meet ng of the -New Zealand Trotting Board considered in committee the totalisator case at Timaru meeting on March 14th.

I'np following statement was released:—‘‘That having heard the evidence we are of opinion that whilst it does not amount to fraudulent or corrupt practice we find that F. F. McKendry s investment was made immed ntely after the window was officially closed. That being so, the conduct of Mclvendry and J. E. I 4 itxgerald, tne totalisator clerk, is censureable, and that the Association’ reprimand both parties, and a copy of this resolution he sent to Mr James- proprietor of the totalisator and to the Mimster of Internal Affairs.
