BERLIN, June 6President Yon HinUgnoerg lias signed a new financial decrees, which are expected to yield 90 millions sterling and to turn the deficit of 62 millions into a surplus of 28 millions. Practically every German is affected bv the financial decrees.
The pensions of six hundred and sixty thousand war invalids are reduced by' ten per cent. ’ Even a greater number of widows and orphans are similarly reduced. Two hundred thousand more will be added to present half a million of workless who re c eiv.e no benefit of any description from the Government. All the taxpayers will be subject to a new income tax.
