Fifty Negroes, accompanied by their families, attended the first special service held by order of the Elks at Westminister Abbey. Thereafter, they paid homage at a statute ot Abraham Lincoln. Parliament Square lias not before seen such a strange procession. 0»e Negro wore evening dress. The others wore white ducks, fihi'e Waivers, white mauve ribands and panama hats.
