H EAR! NG CONC'L C I)El>. (By Telegraph —Bee Press Association) WANGANUI, June 1. The Teacher’s Appeal case was concluded this morning by Miss Phillips giving evidence. Sue contended ti*at none of her pupils had been turned out with warped characters and referred the Bench to reports of 11 er successes. She had been compel led to walk the streets for the last lour months vainly seeking employment. The savings of a lifetime had been nearly all spent in legal proceedings and tor medical’attention as an aftermath of an assault at Masterton some years ago. She alleged persecution in various places including Rangiwahia, from which place she had vainly trieu to get a transfer. Decision was reserved.
