FISCAL QUESTION (British Official Wireiess.) RUGBY, May 28. There is every prospect that keen political controversy will take place on the fiscal question during the next few months. A convention of the Liberal Party delegates will be held in London to-morrow to consider plans for a campaign throughout the country in favour of free trade. It is stated that be lore the end of the year, 10,000 meetings will be addressed by Liberals on' this subject in various parts of the country. The Conservatives have also planned an intensive campaign.; The leader of the party (Mr Baldwin) will address four meetings in June, while Mr Neville Chainbeylai.n, Sir Austen Chamberlain, Lord Hail sham; and Sir. Arthur Steel-Maitland, Mr Wilston Churchill, and several, other prominent members have arranged to take part.
