“NORA NIVEN'S” MISHAP

While trawling in Cook Strait on Friday night, the steam trawler. Nora Niven. 121 tons, owned by New Zealand Fisheries. Limited, was swung by a swell on to a submerged rock, damaging the rudder and propeller. The vessel was out of control for a time, but temporary repairs were made, and the vessel returned to AA’ellington on Saturday afternoon. She will go on the {intent slip for repairs to day.
