JAP RAIL WAY MEN. WAGE CUT PROTEST. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) TOKYO, May 25. The whole staff of the Nagoya Division of the Imperial Railways, representing thirty thousand officials and men, have presented their resignations. The country is now awaiting the outcome of a conference between the Minister and representative officials. The administrative heads of all of the divisions have also presented tlieir resignations.
