The flames were seen for miles. The damage is £20.000- The brigades managed to prevent the adjoining buildings from afiritig. BILLIARD NOTABLES ARRIVE. FREMANTLE, May 19. A quartette of billiard notables arrived from Engjand by the liner Mongolia, namely: Walter Lindrum : Tom Newman, the professional champion of England; Sydney Lee, the amateur champion of England; and Lawrence Steeples, a prominent amateur.
