The Prime Minister of Canada, Mi Bennett has announced that the Canadian conversion loan of two hundred and fifty million dollars has been an unbounded success. He stated that applications bad been signed for more than three hundred million dollars. The interest on this loan is four and ahalf per cent., being a reduction of one per cent, on the old rate.
