Earn) Board announced that it has disposed of virtually all the out-of-position wheat. as cabled on April 21st.. but apparently it has not yet adopted any plan for the emergency marketing of the new wheat crop. Air Stone stated he had received approximately twenty proposals for such a programme, in lieu of the stabilisation operations, which are to be abandoned, as cabled on March 2i. but none ol these had proved acceptable.
