MAN AND WIFE INJURED (By Teleyraph —Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, May As the result of a train and motor car colliding at Fleretaunga Crossing shortly before eleven last night, George Dow, believed to be a warder at Wi Take prison and Mrs A. Dow, his wife, were admitted to the hospital. The husband received injuries to the left arm and a punctured wound in the forehead. Mrs Dow has scalp wounds and concussion. • Both baa a miraculous escape from death. The train caught the car broadside on, smashing in the side and turning it completely over. The car somersaulted and the two occupants were flung out.
