In the Commons Mr Graham in answer to a question tabled a comparison of the Suez Canal results from 1913 to 1929, Tiie gross revenue was £5,148,000 and £9,600,000 and dividends £2,847,000 and £4,302,000. The directors fees were. £70,000 and £IIO,OOO. The dues were last reduced in September, UhO, to 6.65 gold francs per ton for loaded vessels, 3.22-}, ships on ballast.
