PLEAS OF GUILTY. BY GIBBONS BROS. (By Telegraph—Per Press A ssociation) DUNEDIN, April 27. At the quarterly criminal sitting o'f the Supreme Court, Leslie William Gibbons pleaded guilty to six chaiges of theft and breaking and entering and theft. His brother. Basil Charles Gibbons, pleaded guilty to two charges of a similar nature. Sentence in each case was deferred until Thursday. Two charges of a sexual nature were also on the list. In one of these William Arthur Hamilton was found guilty and the other will be taken tomorrow. TfMARU, April 28. The Supreme Court opened before Judge Adams. The Grand Jury returned true hills in the cases of Thomas Henry Cox and John Henry Fitzgerald, manslaughter and attempted robbery with violence.
