It now transpires that Mr 1 ionne|l made no such claim and wishes to dissociate himself and his crew from the report. A cable received this morning by the Commodore of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron from Mr Remind at Melbourne states clearly that he is perfectly satisfied with Teddy's win and disclaims the responsibility for any statement to tile contrary o:i behalf of himself and tin 1 crew of Oimara.
