This morning Judge Luxfoid convicted the Nelson Company Ltd, on 28 charges under seditious organisations ordinance, indicting a fine oi £‘2f.O sterling in respect to each, charge totalling £5660. On idle second series of charges, under maintenance authority in native affairs ordinance, tne prosecution withdrew the charges. In summing up the Judge strongly condemned the defendant coy.
