WHEAT DUMPING

Rumours, that the United States will shortly dispose in Europe 275 million bushels of wheat accumulated to maintain prices, seem confirmed by cables, which have reached London and which liavf perturbed Dominion, representatives to the World Wheat Conference, whose aiin is price stabilisation. A heavy fall in European prices is anticipated Immediately, Meanwhile, it is possible that, various wheat representatives in London will, immediately ask the United States to hold its hand in connection with the threatened dumping, which would be seriously detrimental to the campaign against Soviet dumping.
